Introduction & Commitment

Beginning life in a new country comes with both hope and uncertainty. Newcomers, immigrants, and refugee families often face challenges such as securing housing, understanding unfamiliar systems, finding employment, and building meaningful social connections. Our Settlement & Integration Support Program exists to make this transition smoother by providing compassionate guidance, practical assistance, and personalized support every step of the way. We believe every individual deserves the opportunity to feel welcomed, respected, and empowered as they establish a new life within their community.

• Healthcare Access & Wellness Support

Access to quality healthcare is essential for overall well-being. We assist individuals in connecting with primary healthcare providers, mental health services, medical specialists, wellness programs, and preventive care resources. Our team also provides guidance on navigating healthcare systems, scheduling appointments, accessing community clinics, and understanding available health services to ensure individuals receive timely and appropriate care.

• Housing & Essential Community Services

Safe housing and reliable support services are fundamental to long-term stability. We help individuals and families access emergency shelter, affordable housing programs, financial assistance, food resources, transportation services, and other community-based support. Through personalized case management and referrals, we ensure participants receive the practical assistance they need to overcome challenges and build secure, independent lives.

• Legal Advocacy & Resource Navigation

Many individuals require assistance understanding their rights and accessing legal or government services. We provide referrals to trusted legal aid organizations, immigration support services, documentation assistance, public benefit programs, and advocacy resources. Our goal is to help participants confidently navigate complex systems while ensuring they receive fair treatment and equal access to available services.

We provide dignity-focused assistance for families experiencing financial hardship, including support with food, winter clothing, transit, household essentials, and other urgent needs.

Do we offer education & job support?

Yes. Our programs include youth tutoring, language-learning support, résumé and interview preparation, employment readiness, credential guidance, and opportunities that help newcomers develop their skills.
